Across our businesses, we have the most wonderful team of therapists and support staff.
They are all bright, dynamic and passionate, each bringing something different to our team, and we're very lucky to have each of them!

Lottie
Natural beauty nerd, senior therapist, owner & product formulator
Lottie first opened the salon in her early 20s, having trained in beauty and spent time abroad, her first salon position being in New Zealand.
​
Her aim was to create a salon environment with a difference - strong ethos, a wonderful team, a great working environment and the clients experience at the centre of it all.
​
Lottie has worked with natural and organic products since early on in her beauty career, and during the lockdowns, took the opportunity to train in formulation and began embarking on creating her own, results-driven, luxurious range that are now used in our salons, but also stocked by other professionals across the UK.
​
Lottie is a solo parent to 4 year old Alfie (and Rupert the Pomchi!) and when she's not working on, or in, the businesses, you'll find her walking the dog, life-drawing, at yoga, or indulging in a wine or two!
Jemma
Senior therapist & manager
Jemma began her ORB career in 2018 and in 2022 won Massage Therapist of the Year in the East Midlands, with the British Hair and Beauty Awards.

She seamlessly juggles managing two salons, five ORBies, four children, two guinea pigs and one husband, always with a smile and a brilliant sense of humour.
​
It's often said that Jemma has 'the hands of an angel'. Her client care and beauty knowledge is second to none, having previously taught beauty too; we are so proud of her acheivements and count ourselves very lucky to have her.
​
Jemma's passion is (very firm!) massage and facials, She is very knowledgeable in women's well-being and menopause, and we plan to develop her training in this area, to be able to further support our clients.
Charlotte
Beauty therapist & waxing whizz
After many years in the industry, Charlotte joined ORB in early 2022 and has been thriving here ever since!

You may recognise her, as she previously worked in a local salon for over a decade before taking a break to have her daughter.
Charlotte is a very talented therapist, whose clients and colleagues adore her for both her beauty skills and her warm personality. When she's not at work you'd probably find her spending time with her family, with horses, out running...or indulging in a bubbles!

Charlotte is always keen to learn something new, and since joining our team has furthered her training in intimate waxing, hot stone massage, builder gel, skin peels and nail extensions.
Having achieved all of that in a year, we can't wait to see what's in store for Charlotte next!

Livv
Graduate therapist & massage apprentice
Livv began her ORB career in 2021, fresh from completing her Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification at college. Since then she has gained so much confidence and knowledge, blossoming into a very competent and wonderful therapist.
​
Livv is particularly passionate about nails, and during one of these treatments, you'll probably pick up on her dry sense of humour and love of yellow! The nails she produces are perfect, with unrivalled attention to detail, and always willing to try a new challenge, training, or design!
​
Despite her flare for nails, during Livv's massage apprenticeship it's become clear that she's an absolute natural in this area too and we can't wait for her to qualify!
​
Whatever treatment you choose to have with Livv, you'll certainly be in safe hands.
​
Livv loves working at ORB, but when she's not, she's spending time with her boyfriend, or enjoying holidays, live music and nights out with her sisters!

Rosie
Head of Client Communications
Rosie is the longest standing (or longest suffering!) member of the ORB team, having joined as our receptionist in 2017 at the tender age of just 17!
Rosie spent years operating our reception, welcoming clients, and managing our appointments. She now has bigger ties at home, in the form of a very big baby German Shepherd, Lyza, and works as a self-employed cleaner and virtual assistant for many clients.
You'll now find Rosie working remotely, responding to email enquiries, booking and organising our Relaxation Retreats, and managing all of our social media!
She is a close friend and wonderful sounding board to all of our ORBies, and we're very lucky to have her!
Ava
Saturday receptionist
Ava is our youngest member of the ORB team, balancing her school studies with working at the salons at weekends and during school holidays.
She also happens to be Lottie's little boy Alfie's favourite babysitter!
A ray of sunshine, you'll find Ava helping the salons and appointments run smoothly, and ensuring your teas, coffees and refreshments are all beautifully made and presented!
